Avoid this dealership & others on the “O.B.T.” Corridor if you’re looking for a positive experience. There are better options; shop around before you make a decision 🤔Let the buyer beware!

Shane the owner looks out for his customers and definitely goes the extra mile!!! If you need anything shipped almost anywhere they are the place to go to. They use all major shipping companies. I am very disappointed with how my reservation was handled by this U Haul franchise. I created a reservation on Monday 4/5/21 to be picked up on Friday 4/9/21. I had my reservation as a Truck Share via the app. the day of the pick up arrived and all seems fine, or so I thought. The reservation was available on my app and all look correct. One hour before pickup, I was heading over to get my rental when all of a sudden my reservation "disappeared". I was in panic as how this was possible. After lot of research (glad I printed out a copy of the reservation) I noticed my reservation was "cancelled" with no reason. Now I am in full panic mode as it is Friday afternoon and I do need a rental. Fortunately I was able to get another truck at a different location, specially since the original location was not even showing up in the website.
